Lindsey Merk is a Paralegal at Dorot & Bensimon PL. With over seven years of estate planning, asset protection, and corporate paralegal experience, Lindsey oversees the management of files and ensures client satisfaction.
Based out of the Boca Raton office, Lindsey assists Daniel Bensimon in all aspects of the practice and is involved in drafting estate planning documents, forming business entities and administering trusts and estates. With her eternal smile and relentless dedication, Lindsey is both a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around.
Lindsey was born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida where she attended Palm Beach State College and graduated with an Associate of Science Paralegal Degree with honors.
