Jerry P. Saresky is an Associate Attorney at Dorot & Bensimon PL.  He dedicates his practice primarily to estate planning, estate settlement, probate, asset protection, and corporate work.  Jerry recognizes that each client is unique and makes every effort to gain a deep understanding of their goals and needs.  He takes pride in drafting or proofing each document with great care and precision.  He also appreciates the importance of working with other trusted advisors, CPAs, lawyers, financial advisors, and anyone else who our client believes can contribute to the plan design and implementation.

 Jerry gained his experience in estate planning, estate settlement, probate, asset protection, and corporate areas over his seventeen-year paralegal and attorney career.  He can thus assist clients with basic and advanced planning techniques, at both a conceptual and practical level, and work comfortably with other trusted advisors, in Spanish if necessary.

 Jerry grew up in Buenos Aires and now lives in Davie with his wife and two children.
