REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY SERVICE

DOROT & BENSIMON PL is pleased to announce that our office has been certified to administer Remote Online Notary services. Our office administers the service through docVerify, which is approved by most title underwriters.

A remote online notary is a commissioned notary public who is also authorized to perform notarizations online using audio-video technology standards that meets the requirements set forth in Chapter 117, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 1N-7.001, Florida Administrative Code.

Remote Notary eClosing (RON): an eClosing that only involves eDocuments, none of which are eSigned in the physical presence of a notary. Instead, the documents are eSigned during an interactive online audio-video session with a notary public who is authorized to perform remote online notarization.

DOROT & BENSIMON PL is a boutique estate planning and international tax law firm. We are offering our Remote Online Notary services to other law firms, title companies, closing agents and any other businesses who are unable to finalize deals due to an inability to get documents signed.
